Zack Dettmore

Zack Dettmore is an American carpenter, builder, and television personality known for his work on This Old House. A New Jersey native, he began woodworking as a child and attended timber-framing school at age 13. In 2010, he left college to pursue carpentry full-time and later founded Dettmore Home Improvements. Dettmore has served as general contractor on several This Old House projects, including the Glen Ridge and Ridgewood renovations, and is known for combining traditional craftsmanship with detailed project organization and modern technology.
