The cake attack took place at a book signing for Jimmie Åkesson's new book, "Satis Polito", at Nytorget in Stockholm. A woman in a black coat and white scarf who was standing in the queue to the book signing booth pushed forward and threw a cake in the face of the party chairman of the Sweden Democrats.
